This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for courses, digital products, live training, corporate training, workshops, and paid learning services purchased through AgileResolved.com.
At AgileResolved, we are committed to providing practical, valuable, and high-quality AI training for learners, professionals, creators, businesses, and organizations.
By enrolling in any AgileResolved course, training program, digital product, live workshop, or corporate training service, you agree to the terms stated in this Refund Policy.
1. General Refund Policy
Because AgileResolved provides access to digital learning materials, downloadable resources, recorded lessons, live sessions, online course access, and training support, refund eligibility depends on the type of product or training purchased.
We encourage all learners to carefully review the course details, description, format, schedule, and requirements before making payment.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered if:
- You were charged more than once for the same course.
- You paid for a course but did not receive access due to a verified technical issue from our side.
- A paid course, workshop, or live training was cancelled by AgileResolved.
- You mistakenly enrolled in the wrong course and contacted us before accessing the course materials.
- You contacted us within the approved refund window stated for that specific course or program.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:
- You have already accessed, downloaded, or completed course materials.
- You changed your mind after gaining access to the course.
- You failed to attend a live class, webinar, workshop, or training session.
- You provided incorrect registration details that affected your access.
- You did not complete the course within your preferred timeframe.
- You expected results that depend on your personal effort, practice, internet access, tools, or device.
- You purchased a digital product, template, resource, or downloadable material that has already been delivered.
- You violated AgileResolved learning, access, or community guidelines.
4. Digital Courses and Self-Paced Programs
Payments made for self-paced courses, recorded lessons, downloadable materials, templates, guides, and digital learning resources are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
This is because digital products can be viewed, copied, downloaded, or used immediately after purchase. However, if you experience an access problem caused by AgileResolved, we will first attempt to resolve the issue. If we are unable to provide access within a reasonable period, a refund may be considered.
5. Live Training, Webinars, and Workshops
For live classes, webinars, or workshops, refund requests must be submitted before the program begins. Once a live training session has started, payments are generally non-refundable.
If you cannot attend a session, AgileResolved may, at its discretion, offer one of the following:
- Access to a recording where available.
- Transfer to a future class.
- Course credit for another AgileResolved program.
- Alternative learning support where applicable.
6. Corporate AI Training
Refunds for corporate training, team training, private coaching, institutional workshops, or custom training programs are handled based on the agreed proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Where AgileResolved has already begun planning, customization, consultation, onboarding, curriculum preparation, or training delivery, refunds may not be available.
If a corporate client needs to reschedule, AgileResolved may allow a new training date depending on availability and the terms of the agreement.
7. Duplicate Payments
If you are charged twice for the same course or training program, please contact us with proof of payment. Once verified, the duplicate payment will be refunded or applied as credit toward another AgileResolved course, depending on your preference and payment processor rules.
8. Course Cancellation by AgileResolved
If AgileResolved cancels a paid course, workshop, or training program and does not provide a replacement date, course credit, or alternative access, eligible learners may receive a refund.
If the course is postponed, learners may choose to attend the new date or request course credit for another AgileResolved program.

- Full name used during registration.
- Email address used during enrollment.
- Course or training program purchased.
- Payment receipt or transaction reference.
- Reason for the refund request.

10. Refund Review Period
After receiving your refund request, AgileResolved will review it and may request additional information. Refund decisions are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the nature of the request and the payment method used.
If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method where possible. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the funds in your account.
11. Course Credit Option
In some cases, instead of a cash refund, AgileResolved may offer course credit that can be used for another course, workshop, training program, or future learning resource.
12. No Guaranteed Results
AgileResolved provides training, guidance, tools, and learning resources. However, we do not guarantee specific financial, career, business, academic, or professional results.
Your success depends on your effort, consistency, practice, application, available tools, and personal learning commitment. Refunds will not be issued based only on failure to achieve a personal expected result after receiving access to the training.

AgileResolved may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our courses, services, payment systems, or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
